The title put me off. This image is so much like a set for a play that I find detrimental any allusion to nature. Its artificiality is due to a processing pushed too far; the sky is the painted drop (a cyclorama), the totem like and other foreground elements are made of some material suggesting trees and rocks, the ground could be imitation of snow covered sand and ocean. It’s an interesting image though and a great find that you might want to revisit
