for me this appears to be taken at the height of the day (full brilliant sun) and I think that a gradient would improve this alot...you background seems to have lost alot of details

that is one intense picture/look. Her eyes are beautiful but the thrust of the chin takes away from the picture for me. You have super clear focus and great color...it's the head position that I don't like.

you have a great look on the model, but your scarf that you used looks extremely dull/flat in color and tone...it looks like you did a partial de-saturation of the picture thus making is quite flat.
