| The lighting looks really harsh and bright. a photo taken in the early morning or on a cloudy day would have helped make the shadows and the lighting not look so harsh |

| here is where a gradient would help you out a whole lot in IMO. When you apply the gradient on this it will help to "tone down" that brilliant bright sun and richen up the colors that are in your picture. I love the old building |

| the composition is central and lacks interest...the building has a lot of photographic potential, but not like this |
