I hold your handby CarlvanHeerdenComment: I have to say I don't know. I thought maybe the hub of some kind of wheel - lawnmower, bike, or something but the shaft part is probably too long in comparison to the washers and split pin, and those things probably don't even have anything that looks like that at all. |
