My first thought is what happen to the color's? It could have use some help in PS, adjusting the saturation to increase the color would have helped. Did you use a ND filter?

First the lighting is a little bright, second either coming in tight on the train or croping out the building on the right, third taking the shot from the other side of the tracks. JMO!

The use of a polarizing filter would have helped to remove the glare and would have made the colors richer.

Overall it's a nice shot, the lighting is a lttle bright. I'm not sure if croping the train out on the right side would have help it or not.

I like the darkness of the photo, I'm thinking that you could have taken a few steps forward to get a tighter shot or maybe crop the bottom and the left side of the photo. JMO!
