Staying with the norm, the normal, the usual, we create a rut, along which we trudge, unaware of anything but the direction of the rut, towards more of the same. To chance veering off the rut, we risk staggering, tripping, falling. Maybe dying. Do we have the courage? Should we take the risk, out there where maybe no one will ever see us, rescue us? Or is it us rescuing everyone else, as we try to forge a new path?
