This image was made from the 34th floor of the building where I live, looking down on the pool and garden on the common area deck. I envisioned the golden ratio expressed as a curve.



There are other spirals (one begins with the square tent and works its way counter clockwise out from there, following the edges of planting boxes and bushes.

The rectangular approach of 1:1.618 also can be seen with the pool area and the photo as a whole as well as with some of the planting boxes.

I'd love to know what this IS, exactly? Is it shot from a tall building? One of those camera-toting copters? I love it, gave it a 9. Congrats on HM!

Couldn't tell you what it is, but I enjoy this photo. It's a cacophony of everything, but somehow it works.

Here's one instance where I wish it was a little sharper; not through editing, but simply better focus.
