Too inbetween for me - not as detailed as the spice version, not as artistically rendered as the gaussian blur version. The palm tree, especially, looks out of place in this version.

A minor change, but I would have straightened the closest corner/edge. You have the left corner pretty vertical, but it makes the tower look like it's leaning. Straightening using the near corner, and perhaps doing some lens correction would help focus interest. I see some noise in the upper-left sky that could benefit from noise reduction also. Hope this helps.
