 Because I really liked this shot, I experimented with it over time and came up with this favorite, 70%gaussian blur with the "Darken" blending mode over the original.

I really like this treatment, despite there being no Topaz involved (Yes, I think I am a Topaz junky. Do I need an intervention?)
