Brown Eyed Girlby ellamayComment: This definitely has a 'wow' factor as the image reveals itself. Those wings are so striking. It's an excellent capture, great DOF, well composed and good colour too. Sharpening has caused some 'jaggies' but it's probably the lesser of two evils. This deserves to do well. [9] |

The Invaderby RiderGalComment: DOF is too narrow really. A slower shutter speed and longer exposure would help this, which is sometimes difficult where insects are concerned! |
