Peppercorn Blendby OneSweetSinComment: It's a noisy image and quite dull really. This needs better lighting (low ISO?) and more of a purpose perhaps. Imagine trying to sell the product to a food producer or something and it will help you make it look more appealing. |

"POP !" a macro illusion by graphicfunkComment: Strong image - no illusion here for me (so I would have left it out of the title), but it's a good idea, well lit but just a bit too obviously set up with water/upside down, etc. I'd have tinted the liquid at least. Very nice composition and an unusual macro. |

Follow the Light!by SonifoComment: Nice lighting and composition. Good detail and a clear image but, if anything, this looks so staged and therefore lacks contextual interest, ie, it's a beetle on white but why, how, etc? |
