Morning Sunby BudComment: Beautiful scene Bud. I love that mist which adds so much depth to the image. A centred sun would normally count against it but this works fine really. |

pigs feetby hortopthComment: Never going to win a challenge with a subject like this but I actually find the view interesting. In fact there's a lot to take in - the signage (with that funny 'hello!' sign), the casual hanging of once living animals by their feet, and the less than clinical environment it seems to be stored in. It's good.
Technically, the whites are a bit blown and the image is a bit small considering how busy it is. |

Feingoldby undieyatchComment: This shot seems like it should leave an unanswered question, but although it's an interesting composition it doesn't really hold my attention apart from trying to find a reason for it. The shadows are good but there's really too little else to appeal. |

At The Seasideby browntComment: While the feet and legs here are aesthetically challenged this image certainly meets the theme of this one. The composition is not very engaging although the viewpoint is good. Time should have been taken to straighten the horizon and to consider the purpose of the shot, for which I can see little, apart from the inclusion of feet in a photo. Some other context may help such as something for the person to reach (a boat) or escape from (a crab)! |

Pinnedby moviemanComment: A lovely image in tone and detail. I struggle with the purpose here, but I'm not one for normally having to find reason for artistic freedom! I'd have preferred the subject to be on the far right though to make better use of the ambience of colour and water. This is however my favourite image in the challenge. |

On the Road Againby tyt2000Comment: The light and texture from te paving contrast nicely with the figure's silhouette. Image should have been cropped so that the paving was lined up with the frame and the DOF looks a little shallow. This aside it's a moody image and, while the feet are subtle, it doesn't take much effort to establish the connection. |

Darling Sister Toesby debitiptonComment: Good composition, nice idea, good grainy feel to it. Creating a link through the toenail varnish is a nice touch (better than the other attempts here). |

Kick Itby arnitComment: There's a good sense of anticipation here, but it's odd that you've chosen to conceal the very subjects of the challenge theme! Weirdly, I just can't find much to say about this other than I feel that it's a bit lacking in interest. I would have given space for more of the player in your composition though as the crop does look stifling. |

"Unidentified Floating Footprints"by graphicfunkComment: Now there's a creative idea here, but I have to ask 'why?'. I really do have an open mind to creative shots but this probably falls into the 'I'm gonna shoot some feet in a weird way no matter how odd or ugly it looks' category!
For me, what I see is dirty footprints on glass and not much else, although I do appreciate an excellent DOF to get both feet and sky in focus. Composition presents the subject plainly with no other context to assist your title, such as an airplane or something. |

Walking the streetsby jmleliiComment: Selective desat is OK, but unnecessary for me. I think you have to give people credit for seeing the feet rather than guiding them there blatantly.
Had the shoes been crisply focused this technique may have worked better, but the shot is quite soft overall. I'd have left it mono. |
