 A sunrise over the Amazon jungle, with the sun reflecting off the morning mist. I thought, "What is a more every DAY object than the sun?" I happened to see this sunrise as I headed out to do some fishing.

Thanks for sharing this on the 'mist' thread on DPC. The sun in your photo is positively glowing and it colours the mist and the rest of the scene in a delightful way, creating an almost surreal quality to the whole image.

awesome.. just out of curiousity wonder how it would look if you 'burned' the fog for more lightness and contrast.. but its great how it is too.

Beautiful scene Bud. I love that mist which adds so much depth to the image. A centred sun would normally count against it but this works fine really.

Although a little cliched, everyone loves a good sunrise or sunset photograph and this is another great example of what happens when you get it right. Picture postcard stuff here. Well done.
