Background mountains are too strong contrasting with the rest of the picture. Then the trees that are framing i a certain way are also taking the eyes away from the bulding. It's more nature than architecture. The building itself is nice but a little washed up and lacks contrast. I did not vote but it would be a 4 or 5.
Ups! Silly me. Did not see the title. Makes more sense. But as Architecture remains as I commented!

Pretty good composition and good use of black and white. I am a NeatImage fan but we have to take care wiith these noise reducing software. The hair of your model looks weird. I think a little of grain would have enhanced the photo.

This was different. I used the same box but I attached my old Zenit lens es (inverted)
