A Perfect Morningby JudiComment: This will probably do really well, as it is a beautiful image.
But, my understanding of the Rule of Thirds is that the subject is a the join of two "thirds lines"... this one lies perfectly on the lower third line, but misses both of the vertical third joins.
It probably won't matter... and maybe I'm wrong.
In any case, I really like the image. And the colors and clarity are stunning. |

Survival in a Harsh Environmentby hahn23Comment: I wish the tree stood out more. As it is, the snow on the mountains draws my eyes to them much more than the tree.
It's a lovely photograph, but for the topic, I want something spectacular on a thirds line. |
