I gave this a 6... better than average. I really like the dust movement and the 'story', but wish something else were also in focus with the number. I like to see images that would stand on their own outside of a challenge... and this one really fits the challenge, but wouldn't be so great outside of it. On the one hand, I should not be judging the images this way, because it's a really great talent to shoot "for the customer" which is what you're doing when you're shooting for the challenge. Giving the customer what he wants. A good, fun image.
I'm surprised it didn't do better in the challenge.
The colors are fun, the three is right in the rule of thirds. I dunno...
