I like the white background, but that ribbon look wilted or something to me... and I still can't figure out what the blue stuff is.

Congrats on your ribbon, though. Socks has STILL GOT IT! LOL! :)

Edit to add... clean your sensor or clone. *grin* (preaching to the choir here... *sigh* )

The horizon looks level to me here... even if irregular. It also seems a bit flat in the contrast. Nice capture, though!

The building is blocking the horizon, so I don't see it here. It's a really good photo... I like it alot, but I just don't think it meets the challenge.
