What's up with the rope and fence? It adds to the scene, but it makes no sense in real life.

I love all of this except for the light at the floor. It looks like an unnatural color or something. The rest is fabulous! I'm loving the orange!

To me, there's a bunch of stuff hiding the "good stuff". The building, the OOF people... It's not working for me very well. I'm sorry. Part of it is that the focus seems to be on the dark building and it steals the show from the other parts.
