Great shot, gorgeous light. Not sure about your crop though. You can see artifacting around the bird as a result of over-sharpening. 7
Edit: I'm always baffled as to why I feel that some people mark out my comments as not being helpful.

Hmm, very much 'out of the blue' unless it's going tail first. I'd have liked a little more detail in the sky. The plane is already sillhouetted, so you didn't need to over-expose this much. 5

Not sure about the hue you've chosen for your duotone, I think playing about with Colour Balance could have done wonders for this shot. Nice composition. 6

Far too much sharpening, you can see artifacting around all the pigeons as a result. Could do with a bit more saturation. Copmposition seems a bit chaotic. 5
