Wow, I took a bike pic, and can certainly appreciate the sharpness you've captured here. Not quite sure about the composition, I think it would have worked better with a tighter crop. Perhaps tilting the picture so it looks as if he is pedalling more uphill would have added more drama.

I'm stunned by your panning technique here. I can't get over how crisp your subject is, given the speed of your pan and the shutter speed used. The composition doesn't quite work for me but it's a great shot.

Perfect panning technique. Good choice of shutter speed. Shame about the uninspired background. I'd have flipped the photo so the ducks were flying left to right.

Lovely sillhouettes. This may seem a small point, but with so much simplicity in your shot it is obvious that your border is uneven.
