Reminds me of my daughter, who at the age of 5, insisted on carrying a 20 pound bag of cat litter in from the car by herself. She did it. At 19, she still busts her butt. If it would be ok with you, I would love to get a larger version of this that I could print for her.

I like the sentiment, but I don't think this is something that would be found hanging on a corporate wall to motivate employees. The photo seems a bit odd as well, being cropped pretty tight and with that flagpole down the middle.

Heavy compression artifacts and a resulting loss of smoothness and detail are really hurting an entry that I would otherwise give a pretty good vote to. Check your compression settings when you save your file. Always adjust JPEG compression so that your file size is as large as possible, but within the challenge limit. (150k for this one)

Just seems a snapshot, and the slogan does not really motivate me in any way. However, seeing this guy chewing with his mouth open does motivate me to give this a low vote. Sorry to be so harsh, but this just does not work for me on any level.
