You are so amazing with the things you find. This is nicely done too.

This one definitely me makes me laugh - I'd love to know the story of how the rock came to be in the truck, and was it placed there before or after the truck gave up the ghost.... Well presented.

Nice shot. Did you set that up all by yourself?

Photo: Truck with giant rock = cool, could be a bit higher contrast even but not necessarily
Writing: bad choice of font, off center as well

Reminds me of my daughter, who at the age of 5, insisted on carrying a 20 pound bag of cat litter in from the car by herself. She did it. At 19, she still busts her butt. If it would be ok with you, I would love to get a larger version of this that I could print for her.

I love this photo, however...I think the quote doesnt fit the picture perfectly...It just seems a bit off but still a excellent picture.

I like the image, although it is too dark in many spots. Some fill lighting on the truck would ahve made a differece as then the sky would not be blown out as much.........
Not 100% convinced by the choice of the text style, I don't think the curved text helps you here. Title, with phrase underneath would have worked better. Also don't know why you introduced in the yellow colour.
Also, why B&W for this? Most motivational posters have colour, and I think this could have looked really good if in colour with some rich rust browns through the truck etc, and the colour detail through the rock.
One last one, Not meant to have names on any of this, as we are not meant to know who submitted during voting........

Nice image. It would have been nice to place a model 'driving' the truck.

In my belief there are more things that contribute for a great motivational/de-motivational poster:
Idea/creativity: 10
Quality of the photo: 10
Artistic viewpoint: 5
Frame/borders: 10
Appealence of the font: 10
Average: 9

I love the concept. The wording's font and position takes away from the picture though.
