Behind the Curtainby PaulComment: Not sure if this has never been seen before or not, but I find it original and I like it a lot. Strikes me as one of those things where you were just standing there and realized how cool this looked through the curtains, so you grabbed your camera. |

Evening at the Ranchby npaselComment: The treatment and crop worked well. The Topaz enhances it, but is not over the top and obvious. Might have benefited from some selective noise reduction applied to the sky. It's a touch grainy and you know how nitpicky voters can be, especially in a freestudy where perfection is the standard. 1911 Stanley Steamer Roadster, the essenceby hahn23Comment: I run into the same issue with trying too fit that much detail in a shot. Now that I have read your notes, I appreciate the reasons for the odd crop, but I think it looks good in the uncropped version.
Nonetheless, you did very well with this to pull in a 5.62 in spite of the way the crop was perceived. |
