And you got him a Specialized! WTG, Dad! I've liked almost everything I ever bought from Specialized. One of my first really good bikes was a Specialized Allez I bought back in '84. I think it was the one that went over the cliff in "American Flyers" Her name was "Ali". Great bike.

I'm thinking that the ISO noise may be intentional on this entry. The way it fades to a perfectly clean background around the moon is curious.

Because there is still some moisture in the ground here. The lake has dried up, but the ground has not completely dried out yet. The remaining lake is about 1/4 mile to the right. I'll probably be going back with my DSLR and some hiking boots. Cycling shoes were not very good for this. As it was I spent 5 minutes whacking the mud out of the cleats so I could get back on the bike.
