Sometimes Taken For Grantedby BalkoComment: More snow! I wonder why there are so many snow shots this week? (Duh!)
I like the contrasty b/w. The appearance is almost that of a pencil drawing. I don't see it fitting the "Wabi-Sabi" idea, though it does fit "everyday". |

My Tarnished Silver Pinby desertoddityComment: Nice detail and tone. It would make a fine illustration to show it in a book or on Ebay. I just don't find much to hold my interest in the view of it. A little too plain a view of an interesting item. |

2nd strikeby gminkComment: Reminds me of a Japanese proverb: "The nail that sticks up gets hit by the hammer". It's the flip side of "The squeaky wheel gets the grease". This is a good shot. Fits both "everyday" and "Wabi-Sabi". |

Sew What?by cheekymunkyComment: Very creative. It absolutely shows the beauty in everyday things. Fits both "everyday" and "Wabi-Sabi". |

winter daysby GnarfComment: I'm not sure if the mild sepia tone works for this or not. Having the branch against a bolder white background may have worked better. I can certainly appreciate the effort to do something a little different, as there a lot of snow shots right now! |

After the Rainby ephlnComment: You caught the light showing off those wet mushrooms just right. I Like it. I might've cropped in a little tighter to give the mushrooms more impact and reduce the visual intrusion of the out of focus zones. |

624818by undieyatchComment: Looks like classic Campy from the 70's or 80's. Nice hardware, and photographed well.
I've always thought that cyclists should treat the Campy logo the same way motorcycle riders treat the Harley logo. How do you think those quick release wings would do as a tattoo? |

End of an Eraby fuzzytComment: Nicely done. My only quibbles might be the cut off corner of the suitcase and the angle seems slightly distorted to me. |
