Metropolis Emissionsby APComment: The city certainly has lots of pollution, but I really don't see that illustrated here. My impression on seeing this image is not "pollution", but rather "nightlife". I feel it's a shoehorn, however it is a really nice image. Good enough that, in spite of the shoehorn, it still gets a good vote from me. |

Refinery Wastewater Retention Pondby molly12341Comment: An attempt to control pollution is a nice take on the subject. Nice colors and reflection, though I find the details of the facility are a little lost in the rest of the image. Perhaps a closer view of those main tanks on the left would have ore visual impact. |

The Factoryby XMountaineerComment: Appropriately grungy. The treatment of this is a little overproccessed with a strong bluish cast, but I think it works well for the subject. I don't think there is much in the way of eye leading composition on this, though. |
