Copper, Cu, 29by banmornComment: Neat looking macro. I would guess this is a copper pot scrubber. Great DOF for something shot so close up. |

Fi from aboveby JimiRoseComment: This close up, it looks like she has those unnaturally huge eyes, like a manga character. Give me some ideas of my own. |

Abandoning All Conventionby Hey_You_3000Comment: I have to take some of the blame for this bizarre entry. Rena and I went out taking photos of an abandoned building near downtown for this challenge. She had climbed up on the hill above the building, and I didn't even know she had photographed an abandoned pair of tighty-whiteys. When I was looking at the shots on her memory card, I saw this. I encouraged her to submit it because it was just so offbeat and strange, it was sure to get lots of fun comments (which it did), and establish some notoriety for her. It's too bad this didn't get the brown. It would have been appropriate.
BTW #1, I can't see that this is any more gross than this popular image, appropriately it was done by Mr_Pants who gave Rena her gift membership:
BTW #2, How does a photo of a lost pair of tighty-whitey's come in with a higher score than "Little Red Riding Shoehorn"?! Message edited by author 2008-11-10 15:21:27. |

This Years Halloween Decorationby AnachroniteComment: I'm sorry I missed this one before rollover. I guess Shutterpug will have to share my Yellow with you, because this funny entry deserves something in addition to the brownie. I may just have to post this outside the cubicle of a liberal coworker whose work area is currently decorated with anti-Bush sentiments.

untitledby whiterookComment: I should have recognized that characteristic oversharpening as your entry, but when I guess who an entry is from, I am usually wrong! |

Freedom of Speechby grigrigirlComment: I'm really surprised this didn't score higher, but I'm not known for picking the winners. Still a good score and some biting commentary. |

Enchantedby MelethiaComment: I didn't have this come up in voting, but I ran into it while browsing the entries after I voted. My reaction was "Ooooooohh!" Love the misty background. Nice work, Deb. I knew there was a reason I faved you early on. |
