Advertising Lifeby PennyStreetComment: Looks like a sears catalog from the 70's. Maybe fashion has come around again? I'm out of the loop. |

When the Cows Come Homeby dahkotaComment: Nice scene, but a bit grainy. There seems to be a pattern of some kind that is causing a problem. Mostly visible on the silo in the background. |

Half Aliveby treimeeComment: Interesting semi abstract. I'm not sure if this is a reflection, or upside down or what. |

Charlotte's Passionby hotpastaComment: A refreshing change from the usual portrait of a child smiling and laughing. This is just as frequent a behavior and fits the subject very well. It's a part of life not frequently portrayed in portraits. I like how you've focused in on the teary eyes by the use of shallow DOF. |

Week 03 by KenComment: A subtle change from the original, but it really makes a huge difference in enhancing the shadow details. |

Week 3: Sunset on the Bayby tinky2Comment: I think my favorite part of this is the finely detailed silhouette of the reeds in the foreground and their reflections. Might be nice in a motivational poster or something. Heck, just hanging on the wall. |

Wadingby HipychikComment: Your edit brought out a lot of nice detail in all those little wavelets. |

Mobile Computingby jvdpcComment: I like this for the most part. Your lighting, background and subject are perfect for the challenge and for stock shots in general. It comes off to me as a touch darker and duller than I would expect though. I popped this into my editor to see, and some quick levels, curves and contrast really made this pop nicely and looks like something I would see in an advertisement. |
