I had no idea from the thumbnail what I would find when I opened this one. Very cool, love the details on the head and the grass as well as the very shallow dof, excellent contrast between the light and dark. Cool!

DOF is very nice, great appearenc of her eye. I may be wrong, but it seems to me that the crop is not perfectly vertical with respect to her face, i.e. her face needs to be rotated just a bit in the clockwise direction.

The model and her pose/smile are great, the light is good, skin tones are gook, and the tilt is fine. The eyes and hair have nice sharpness; you might try a bit of selective sharpening of the lips. The flower is a bit washed out, which actually does not bother me so much until you draw my attention to the flower with the title.

Certainly has more impact this way -- but I would crop it just a little bit less than you did (ie don't crop the bottom at all, and then crop the top to match the bottom)
