sometimes i cant tell if its just my monitor, but the lighting seems just a bit harsh to me

DOF is very nice, great appearenc of her eye. I may be wrong, but it seems to me that the crop is not perfectly vertical with respect to her face, i.e. her face needs to be rotated just a bit in the clockwise direction.
