The Thinkerby DavidComment: This was too cute! I hope he got an extra 10% at least in his allowance (if he has one). I really like the fact that he is oblivious to the camera and it looks, shall I say, natural. The black and white also works well for me. |

Queen's Gambitby jmsetzlerComment: The blurriness of the background forces the focus to the coin, I think. Good job, I like this picture. |

After the Gameby karmatComment: Yes, it was set up. Sortof. I told my girls' fastpitch softball team to put their helmets on the bench. Then, I turned one upside down. Would've done more, but the wind was fierce that day, and they kept blowing off. the upside down one is actually being held by the two on either side. ;-) |

Golden Crystalby pnichollsComment: I really like the image of the glass on black, and I think you lit it very well considering how reflective it probably is. the formation also really draws your eyes upward. |

Cat Napby shedonistComment: I think it wants its tummy rubbed . . . Good shot -- excellent capture and good use of black and white |

The Concertoby AndyLeeG4Comment: This shot is excellent. The focus at the front leads you to the blurry-ish background and forces you to look back to the foreground. As a musician, it was obvious to me immediately that it was upside down, but I figure someone will question it. |

Faalling..Oh No Not Again!by 3teacherComment: What I really like about this picture is that some of the items are upside down, and some are not so the viewer's head starts spinning. Black and white work well, because I assume it was very colorful and all of the colors would have been competing for attention. |

Bird on Stacked Coins (Attempt No. 3,493,394)by paully2k1Comment: Ya know, a different background/foreground (whichever it is) would have done wonders for this picture. Maybe solid black, or white, or black and white. I don't know. Currently, it is just a little drab. The trick is nice. I've seen those birds before, what how did you do that with the coins? That's neat. |

Upside Down # Oneby Dangerous_bluesComment: I like the simplicity and composition of this picture. The background (wall) and foreground (lower right table) seems a little grainy to me, but it could be on my end. Nice shot. |
