grid rockby lecookComment: I really like the simplicity here, as well as the pattern that hte shadow makes. |

Yeeeee-haw!by lecalanComment: Very good capture of the action. I like this shot in black and white, and having the background slightly blurry makes the attention focus on teh cowboy. |

Hair Cutby KimblyComment: A touch too much empty space at the top and I wish the right elbow hadn't been cut off, though I think I can understand why you did. Very effective lighting. |

Engrossedby sjgleahComment: I like the pattern the fence (?) makes. I think it would have seemed more balanced to me if the reader had been about 4 posts to the right. From a different angle, I think it would have also been a nice shot without the reader. |

a sunny afternoonby tydComment: I think cropping or framing it so that the pole-thing wasn't in it and moving the subject to the left would have made it more balanced. I kinda get the feeling you were hiding somewhere and were trying to take the shot without him seeing you. |

Photoshoot Setupby FranziskaLangComment: Really nice, I like how you can see the texture of the flower and the hand. The reflection really adds to the picture, and though the hand doesn't bother me at all, it would be a nice picture without it as well. |

Automobilesby bobgaitherComment: Excellent subject matter for black and white. A neat thing would be to have it a little out of focus, or not quite so sharp so that it would like an old photograph. Having said that, I also know why you wouldn't do anything like that for the challenge, it's just a though. My only real suggestion, then, would be to either crop some off of the back car since you cropped the front, crop the back one and not the front one, or don't crop any of them out. That way, it would give the impression that the cars have "rolled" into the picture, and they have somewhere to "roll" out. I hope that made sense, if not ask me after the challenge and I'll try to elaborate. |

Untitledby iraeComment: Excellent composition -- I like the way you captured the texture of the hat, and the child's expression. |

Ying & Yangby zerplordComment: Nice set-up. Either you are extremely lucky, or those are two obedient dogs! The brightness in the upper left is a bit too much, I think. |
