Flower Girlby SonifoComment: What a doll. She looks so natural like that, this does not look posed at all! And I love the coloring on this, it makes it seem nostalgic or something. Was it adjusted at all? |

?by sjgleahComment: Good use of humor. Is that like a sign for general information or something? Good contrast of colors (foliage vs. blue/white sign) |

Christmas colorsby kevinswopeComment: You have captured the texture of these stockings well. For some reason, I think if the red was in the middle it would seem more balanced to me. The purple and blue kinda run together, it seems. |

Hanging On by welcherComment: Great composition and color (or general lack thereof). The red really stands out and grabs attention for this picture. The detail of the ice is simply awesome and this is a great use of a narrow depth of field. The picture, if focused entirely, would be way too busy, but the blurry background really emphasizes the subject. |

Minor Sunrise in a Major Keyby inspzilComment: Nothing I can say to improve this shot. I love the interplay between the dark foreground and tree and the oranges in the sky. Very nicely done! |

Bloomingdales Candid 1by smellyfish1002Comment: This is simply an awesome portrait. The angle of his jaw is very powerful, yet is expression is one of a more subdued look. The black and white works very well here, I think. Great work. |

Light Towerby FrooberComment: I really like the simplicity of the blue, black, adn white in this shot. The geometric shapes are really eyecatching, and the clouds are a nice addition as well. This would look really good hanging on my wall (hint, hint)! 10 |

Corne by muckpondComment: One of my favorite instruments! (I was trumpet major in college, and played this as my "secondary"). You have done an excellent job of capturing the texture of the horn and lighting it well without having a lot of blown out spots. The contrasts between the curves and straight tubes is also effective. Nicely done, on of my favorites this week. 10 |
