Winter Serenityby crabappl3Comment: I think if you could have framed this so that the sidewalk entered at the bottom and wove through the picture it would have been really effective. |

Desolateby pstuhrComment: Arrrggghh, why can't I ever get my tree shots to look this good. You have strong vertical "movement" and I like the angle of the shadows. Nice work. |

Sno-Cone Picnicby alanfreedComment: Excellent job at keeping the snow white! This shot is composed well, I think, and I like the high contrast of this shot, but I'm afraid it is causing some loss of details in the tree and background. |

Karoriby SlimharpoComment: I like the way the road leads into the picture, and the buildings in the distance add some interest. Except for the one cloud on the far right, I almost think the sky could be cropped down as it is not real exciting. Good exposure. |

Surf and Turfby hardwaybetsComment: Oh man, I would like to be there right now. I understand why you cropped as you did (to keep the buildings in it_, but I think if you could have shown more of the beach, it would have given a more definite "entry" point to the picture, and would have given the eye a little stronger guidance into the center of the picture. Very nice colors. |

Winter Landscape at Nightby SharQComment: I really like the colors in this, and the sky gives it a surreal look. Is that fire to the right? It looks a little overexposed/blown out, but this is still an interesting shot. |

flameby quicksand84Comment: Nice colors, some loss of details on the tailest tree though. |

THE BARN IN GLENWILLOWby STEINRComment: I think a little more road, and shifting the barn a touch to the left, would have given it a more balanced feeling for me. |

Silhouetteby cnobreComment: I really like how you have combined the sun and tree so that they don't "fight" for the eye's attention. Cropping the very bottom would have gotten rid of teh power lines. |
