Just Another Day in Beantownby TuckersmomComment: Excellent idea and very creative. Somehow the perspective isn't quite there as I don't get a feeling of scale. Lighting seems fairly even but contrast lacks depth. Color is also off as I see quite a bit of red. |

Stuffed Penguinby BobsterLobsterComment: ROFL! I love it! I was going to look at all the entires then start voting this time but I just HAD to comment on this one. Love the color and the soft focusing although I think this would have been better b/w . The table arrangement and overall composition are excellent, too. Very creative and a 10 from me. |

Rifle Shooted Water Balloon. by eojedaaComment: I was thinking about using water ballons if I were to enter this challenge and you did a wonderful job of using this type of medium. Although my shot would not involve a rifle, I was going to drop the balloon onto a pin or other sharp object to pop the balloon. Then I thought of logistical problems such as the water flying everywhere and that pretty much ended my train of thought for that challenge. Great job! |

Blowing in the Windby jjenksComment: I think the foreground is hurting rather than adding value. I almost want to reach out and push the plants aside to get a better, less distracted, view. And the highly overexposed sky at the top is, well, overexposed. That should have been cropped out. Colors are nice and focus is off a bit assuming that the purple flowers are the main focal point. |

Wine on the Patioby jjenksComment: Nice job with the glasses and using the stems as lenses. The shallow DOF works very well, imo. There are some bright spots on both glasses and are slightly distracting. I would have cropped the right side a bit more, as well. Also, the "horizon" behind the table is at an odd angle to the rest of the composition. I think if you took the shot from a lower point of view, that could be eliminated. |

The Neverending Roadby jjenksComment: I really like the vanishing point in your shot here. But it looks very snapshot-like. Try to take it from a more creative angle so it's more unusual and grabs the viewer's attention. If this were in a gallery, most people give a photo only a passing glance so you want to make the most of the little time people give to your work. As for a different point of view: maybe off center, lower to the ground, or both? Also, contrast is a bit flat and could use a polarizer to bump that up a bit and add some punch to the sky. This is an excellent start, however! |

Infinityby tyt2000Comment: Technically simple yet very effective message. The repeating pattern is nicely composed. And a good choice with b/w to maintain a simple feel about it. |

Don't Look Backby L1Comment: Hey, that's great! Kick the man out of the car amd make him walk. Love the duotone. Details are not quite sharp. Sky and his shoulder are overexposed. |

Deep thoughtsby TrollManComment: Great idea and very interesting. Composition is very good. Upper part of mirror reflection and actual wall above mirror is overexposed. Flash shadow is harsh. |

Peachby davidbedardComment: Hard to distinctly see the mirror although I do see a "reflection." One could argue that it is a second peach vs a reflection. Lighting is a bit dark, too. |
