Nice image, which I think may have been improved on by slowing the shutter speed to give the water a more silky smooth appearance. Try using a neutral density filter to allow you to use a slower shutter speed if the exposure was to high for your camera to deal with.

Too much clutter and no point of focus has ultimatelly let you down with this image. Next time try to make a single object your point of reference and try to get your image to lead the viewer to it! When you capture an image try to think, 'what am I trying to say with it, what story do I want to tell' and that way I think you'll capture much better images.
