This shot is a nice one with a well constructed composition. But with a little more attetion to details it can be made better. The highlighted parts where the sun shines is distracting, takin long exposures in sunlight is diffucult. An overcast day or late in the aftenoon is usually better for these kind of shots.
The foreground leaves ar out of focus due to lack of DOF. Focusing closer to the foreground, about 1/3 into the picture would have created deeper DOF.

Both the concept and composition are good. The processing needs to improve. The object in the water is over sharpened as there are halos where bright and dark parts meet. I use USM @ radius=0.3 strenght=150-200 to sharpen my images after resize.
