The problem with some subjects is 'connotation' (just thinking out loud)... And that one would expect something more than mere 'depiction' of what was there, i.e. a capture making new the inherent natural qualities we perceive prior to filtering the image through camera...

Since the colour hues found here (especially the leaves bottom left) are rarely seen anymore, this shot gives me something most others can't.

Some shots make it near impossible to be critical :-). If I strained, I\'d say, it\'s a lil too \'civilized\' for my wild nature. Altogether, a successful, pleasing result.

I'd consider cropping out elements unnecessary for overall content. Focus is 'quite' soft. A lil more sharpening may benefit this shot, too.
