This is very similar to another photo in the challenge. I like the subject but this photo has the same distracting feature as the other one like it... the glare is a little rough....

I like the subject of your photograph. The light glare near the watch dial is a bit too strong. The photo is a little grainy as well... maybe comes from cropping this segment from a much larger original photograph...

This photo is in my top 10 favorites. I like your idea here.. this is nice. I do like black and whites... There are a few focus issues with this photo and I would like to see a little more contrast, but I'm still scoring this photo an 8. Good luck!

How it was done:

I bought a little tabletop tripod just for this shot. I set the camera up on the tripod and then framed my image. I made about 30 shots at various exposure lengths between 1/60" and 2" at F8. I used the shutter priority mode for this shot and didn't play with manual aperture at all. I also played with different white balance settings. This is not a complicated shot. It just requires a still camera and keeping people from walking in and out of the image.
