Look at me!by sulamkComment: Don't get me wrong here, but this would be a much better photo for this challenge if the trainer was cropped out. The person in this photo is distracting from the actual subject. Otherwise, this is a nice shot! The dog is definitely airborne and I believe he is looking at the camera!!! I like it! |

untitledby rossComment: This is a good example of stopped motion. I'm not sure how to comment on improvement. The photo would be more dramatic possibly if the subject were closer to the top or the bottom of the frame. |

down the drainby nbortonComment: The water in this photo needs a little additonal contrast from the background to really bring out the stopped motion. |

Ventilateurby TRSchwartzComment: This is going to be a challenging comment, so please bear with me. A vast majority of the motion in this photo is not "stopped". The only moving parts that appear to be remotely stationary are the metal arms that hold the blades to the fixture, and the fixture itself. The inner spikes just outside the light are stationary to begin with. I like the artistic qualities of this photo but I don't think it's a good representation of the challenge topic. |

Indian Danceby tr13o10Comment: You chose a difficult subject to work with on stopped motion. Feathers at a distance like this are blurring and there isn't much you can do to stop it. The tassles on the costume seem to be stopped fairly well. The subject being off center with the granstand viewers off to the side make this a challenging framing situation as well. |

Dropletby VodkamanComment: I like the wet towel! I wish the secondary droplets on the right were a little more in focus. If a had managed to conjure up this idea on my own, I may have formed a rat-tail out of the towel and shot with vertical framing to better fill the image frame. Nice shot! |

Cliché in a Glassby ManicComment: Nice water capture! My only issue with this photo is the framing... I would like to see the entire glass in the frame. |

"more ice goofball"by vin rigbyComment: Excellent photo! This scores well with me. I would like to see the JD bottle pulled all the way into the frame. I also commend you on your use of the lighting from an angled source rather than your camera flash. This really improves the quality of this photo :) |

Up, Up, Up!by ohsmomComment: This is an interesting photo. I have commented on some other photos similarly. I don't like photos of people from behind. This shot would be more impressive taken from the side of the vaulter rather than from behind possibly. The cropping should have attempted to include or eliminate the person on the right edge rather than splitting him. |

The Faucetby RoninComment: Excellent photograph! I really like the red glow in the water. The only thing I would really like to see here is this photo re-cropped just at the sink line and make the upper half of this shot a new shot of it's own. I bet that would be really neat! Excellent work! |
