My Teddyby siggithorComment: interesting shot! I like the bear... my only comment is the overall yellow glow... I don't know if this was intentional or not, but if your camera has white balance settings, they may have been useful on this photo to correct the color... :) - jmsetzler |

Carefree by mcmurmaComment: very nicely done shot :) I admit that it wasn't one of my overall favorites for the week, but this *is* a technically difficult shot to execute... good work :) |

A Place She Never Got to Enjoyby tenebrousComment: This is an interesting photo, but I find myself 'searching' for the subject matter... There is not much contrast in this image... everything seems to blend together. I think that this could have possibly used a few adjustments to contrast and brightness to make it puhch a little harder :) - jmsetzler |

kiteby eloComment: very nice image of childhood :) I like the way this kite is not completely contained within the frame.. that adds an interesting element of curiosity :) The camera tilt also makes a nice bit of interest here too... good shot :) - jmsetzler |

Abandonedby BaldurComment: This is a good 'childhood' photo :) Compositionally, I think there may be room for some improvement... This shot, in my opinion, reminds me of a LOT of child photos that I see around... The photograph is made from a higher angle looking down. I believe that when photographing children, or adolescent themed photos, getting down on the level of the child and shooting level works very well. This shot may also have some more impact of the tree was off center to the right and the swing was more on the left... possibly by moving about 3 or 4 steps to your right to make this photo :) - jmsetzler |

A Summer Day Awaitsby andrewmComment: Fruit Loops... sunny morning... Hmmm... I think i can remember those days... head outside... find the big wheel.. wipe the morning dew from the seat.. begin my morning race circuit along the sidewalk around the house. The lighting on this photo is awesome. The memory of childhood that you revived with this photo is also quite nice :) = 10 - jmsetzler |

Window Seatby hokieComment: This is a great photo... I love it :) The black and white works very well also. The only critique I have is that I wish I could see just a little more detail inside the bus. Maybe a smaller aperture would have helped some, but it looks like you were probably already as small as you could go based on the clarity of the subjects outside the window :) Excellent shot :) = 9 - jmsetzler |

Cageby johnmkComment: I can see it, but the childhood element of this photo is a little weak... The challenge was to 'capture your impression of childhood'.... Is this gate across the walkway your impression of childhood? I can see how it is an impression of childhood, but I would love to have seen something a bit stronger as a childhood impression :) - jmsetzler |
