Naptimeby shortredneckComment: This is a good candid and it meets the challenge. Your subject is not particularly 'inspiring' overall... The 'wow' factor is just not here... This challenge required some deep thought for sure :) - jmsetzler |

Gone Fishinby Gene L.Comment: very nice candid.. the composition is also excellent... The color saturation on this image seems to be slightly weak... I'm not sure if you can, but a polarizer would work well on this shot... good work :) = 7 - jmsetzler |

Lending a helping hand.by HBunchComment: This is a good candid :) It looks like it has been resized UP and been pixellated as a result. Resampling rather than resizing can help correct this problem... - jmsetzler |

Look at the Camera and Smile Rightby daysezComment: Maybe I'm missing something here, but this looks too much like a posed photo to fall into the category of candid for me... I don't think the camera tilt really improved this particular image.... 3 = Meets the Challenge 5 = Creativity 5 = Visual Impact X = Image Quality (N/A for me this challenge) 4 = Score JMSetzler |

Crossword timeby psychephylaxComment: Very nice candid... The depth of field here is excellent.. It's not too shallow and it makes your subject stand out nicely. This is out of your control, but I wish the man was sitting about one foot further back :) He's a little too close to the center of the frame for my taste, but the barrell framing the right side of the image works very nicely. good shot :) - 7 - jmsetzler |
