Singapore Central Business Districtby icemarnComment: This is a beautiful cityscape. I think you chose the perfect time of day to take this photograph.. I like the dark blue skies much better than the black one for these photos... excellent work :) - setzler |

...well somebody farted!by Fibre OptixComment: This is quite entertaining :) I think it could be a tad stronger with a different choice of background that would highlight the color of the furbies a little more :) The high key background doesn't seem to mesh well with the colors of the toys... great entry though :) = 9 - setzler |

I Talk to the trees - From Paint Your Wagon- By Lerner & Loeweby sulamkComment: Greetings from the Critique Club :)
Hi Sulamk :)
I'm not familiar with the song you chose, but I can relate your photograph to the song title quite easily. The infrared filter adds a very nice surreal element to this image as well... the offbeat color and foliage glow that the IR filter gives creates a very interesting environment for this photo. Personally, I really like what the IR filter does to the sky and clouds :)
Compositionally, I think this photo is excellent. The only minor flaw that grabs my eye is that the girl's feet are slightly too close to the bottom of the frame for my taste. I would ultimately like to have her feet a little further up in the frame...
Keep up the good work :)

The Hill In Infraredby DavenitComment: This is a beautifully executed infrared... great shot :) The only possible improvement that I could see here would have been to lower the horizon so it's not in the center of the frame... removing some of the foreground to include more sky would have done this nicely... at any rate, this is a 10... great shot :) - setzler |

Forgottenby spidermanComment: Excellent photograph... I really love the color contrast you have provided here. I think that all landscapes need some specific element of interest for the eye to come to rest on and you have done that very well. Without that old structure in your image, it would be rather boring overall... great shot = 10 - setzler |

Prominent Thornsby smellyfish1002Comment: This is one of my favorite shots this week. I love your effective use of a shallow depth of field to use the lanscape to accent your subject... great photo :) - 10 - setzler |
