A Long Streak of Sunshineby DougPazComment: Greetings from the Critique Club :)
Hi Doug...
This photo is an excellent display of perspective... The vanishing point is clearly visible and the choice to center this composition as you have accents that nicely. The lighting is creating an interesting mood that I can't decide if I really like or not... Possibly if there was more light on the scene, the contrast in the foreground may be a little stronger.
I think what this image may be lacking is a strong focal point. the vanishing point of the railroad tracks seems to be the main focus of the shot. I believe that a segment of track somewhere that had a sign or somethin that stands out in the image could create a bit stronger composition...
Keep up the good work :)

The Sky's the Limitby kandyjComment: Greetings from the Critique Club :)
Hi Kandyj...
I think you chose a good subject for an extreme angle perspective photo... I really like the contrast between the tree limbs, foliage, and the white sky. Your desaturation idea seems to have worked very well also. This photo has a nice chaotic feel to it...
I think the only thing this photo lacks is a central point of focus for the viewer. My eyes keep wandering around this shot and never really come to rest on some specific part of it...
Excellent shot and keep up the good work :)

Under Constructionby andrewmComment: Greetings from the Critique Club :)
Hi Andrew...
This is a great architectural shot. I really like the patterns and designs that most architectural shots offer. This photo also displays some very nice color in the reflection. The bit of yellow from the steel structure on the left really pops nicely. That special 'touch of color' added by that element really works nicely in this photo. I also like the diagonals created by the windows glass. Those diagonals create your perspective for this shot quite well :)
I can't really offer you much on improvements for this shot.
Keep up the good work!
