Pure Colorby oddsockjrComment: Interesting. Creative attempt. Suggest you squint your eyes and take a look at this as if you'd never seen it before - that will give you some idea of the "first impression" the picture makes. For me, the blurry images are too faint, and the overall picture is too dark. The red (very nice shade) doesn't pop because of the overall darkness. |

Pure Tendernessby GiorgioComment: Too much in the picture - a tight crop on just the upper flower would have been better. This would remove the distractions of the background and OOF leaf, stem & 2nd flower. |

Joyby ergatesComment: The shadow of the pole across her face is unfortunate, but it is mitigated somewhat by the "matching" strand of hair on the other side. Great expression! |

pure gold coinby dcb300Comment: The date should be parallel to the bottom of the photo. This looks silver, not gold. Nice use of black background to highlight coin. Crisp focus. |

Pure Innocence by krumbComment: OK. Either you have a longer zoom than I, a lot more patience, or a lot bolder bunnies. Getting one of these critters to pose is not easy. Perhaps a bit less surroundings. |

Pure Excitementby pkotsamanesComment: Perhaps the title should have been Pure Terror! I think a tighter crop would have made a better photo - like at the right fore leg of the canopy and just above the mountain tops. The problem with a tighter crop is that your main focus - the rider & his expression - has shadow on his face and may be a tad blurry - hard to tell. What a great capture of the moment. |

Pure Peaceby LimboComment: The moving on water distracts from the otherwise still mood of the photo. The viewer wants this to be peaceful, and the blurred water breaks the mood. Excellent colors and reflection on the water of the pool. |

Why...Did I Enter This?by ElaineComment: Because it is an interesting photo, despite being basically two colors. The "patterns" in the red catch your eye and hold your interest. |
