It's kind of spooky with the dark lighting and the ghostly figures. I don't think you brought your point across well.

Unfortunately. I find this shot too dark. I notice the slight ghosting as some people moved which is not a bad think with the longer exposure.

Interesting. Creative attempt. Suggest you squint your eyes and take a look at this as if you'd never seen it before - that will give you some idea of the "first impression" the picture makes. For me, the blurry images are too faint, and the overall picture is too dark. The red (very nice shade) doesn't pop because of the overall darkness.

the color is so dark, and the blur of people is very distracting. curves and saturation and some contrast would be better, but a reshoot without the people would be great!! I like the idea you have!
