Beautiful! Textures, lighting, leading lines, DOF, tones, mood -- it's all here. Doesn't really show the dappled light effect to maximum potential, but no loss of points here!

Not much here to hold interest. If your subject is the dock, it might help to get closer to it or employ some other technique to bring the viewer's eye to it. The dappled lighting from the tree is more apparent on the grass, and so it misses the mark. This distractions in the water don't help either.
