the black against white and the white against black works well. wish there was a bit more grays inbetween - perhps a little too contrasty, but that is what you get in bright sun.

dramatic composition - the light on the steeple is a bit bright,, and there is an odd shadow of the tower in the darkness. I like the look of the building against the black.

the use of reflection is intriguing. the picture is a bit tilted to the left. Wish you had included the floor of the building giving the viewer a way to visually traverse between inside and out.

church and moon eclipse in one shot

an admirable subject to try. A nice idea to include th man-made and the natural sacred places. However I wouldn't have known that was the moon and not a street lamp. If you had moved to the left to take the picture could you have gotten the moon more over the church? With a tripod and a long lens perhaps the exposure on the moon would have been better.

The shadow of the guard mimics the monument. Everything lines up so well, horizontals, verticals and diagonals. very well planned out. Wish the guard dint; have his hand i his pockets (wass it cold?) Perhaps you could boost the greens a bit? 9

nice curvy composition eye goes from the front curves around to the back left - I like how the solid objects are blanced by their distinct shadows. I like the light in the distant trees picking them out against the dark background. Almost makes me want to play golf.

shelter from the storm, I like the combination of siloutetted and lighted rock to frame the trees, gives both a feeling of solidity and texture. I might crop in a bit at top and bottom.
