Rabid Mint Leavesby Art RoflmaoComment: ewww what is that stuff? are you up to something in the garden no one should know about?
I think the way you caught the leaf edges is great! the lttle ups & downs of the leaf's waves & textures- I can almost smell it...
excellent by the way in a glass of lemonade, and makes a wonderful breath freshener too. the chocolate mint variety is totally DELISH to smell & eat!

Day 8 - Yellow and Greenby ephlnComment: Hi Evelyn~
the bloom looks a bit washed out here, and the bg boke (lovely by the way) doesn't work very hard to compete with my eye for attention...some sharpening & crop to feature the top of the bloom (to just below the 2nd or 3rd yellow "leaf" on the stalk) may add pizazz!

Zinniaby ElaineComment: party flower! Whoa! those would be grat for a birthday bouquet! Are these real? :)
the DOF is nice on this one, I like the detials in the stamen & the petals.. I see the greeenish hue Bear pionts out...you may be able to adjust the settings in your camera towards a warmer value if this is a recurrent problem? |

Day Sevenby Bear_MusicComment: Bear
there's so much going on in this lovely flower...the tendrils curling around the top of the stalk, the curves of the flowers, which make them appear to be floating on a breeze, and the colors are so pretty. The border adds nice panache.
One thing that strikes me as off though is the photo seems a bit grainy in the BG, either too much sharpen or sat or both??
