HDR is perfect! Kind of eerie, actually, like Stephen King's 'Children of the Corn'....
Is this a single or multiple shot HDR? If it is composed of multiple shots, it must have been a very still day as the leaves look sharp as a tack!

Though I don't do much driving right now (taking a break from the classroom and just teaching over the internet), I used to so I can relate! Up until January of this year I taught at a college that was 200 miles from home. I lived in campus housing during the week, then drove home for the weekends. I did this for 2 1/2 years, driving 400 miles each weekend. Thank goodness for books on CD!!

I have really enjoyed your photographs over these 50 days! I've seen that not only do you create amazing seascapes, but amazing landscapes and floral shots as well! I will look forward to seeing more of your images in October!!

I love this shot! It looks like the jaws of some huge metallic monster... I loved these kinds of rides when I was a kid, but I wouldn't go on something like this anymore either :-)

What a beautiful girl! Fantastic shot! It can be hard to get good detail in a black cat (I have several so I know firsthand!), so I appreciate this shot!
